Your New Role

As our Plumbing Estimator, you’ll be essential to our commercial plumbing projects. In this role, you’ll:

• Develop detailed estimates from construction drawings and project specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors to ensure project success
• Attend pre-bid meetings and analyze bid specifications and requirements
• Build relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and maintain project budgets
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring estimates remain on target and on schedule

• Experience: 2+ years in commercial construction estimating; plumbing field installation experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Bluebeam and Building Connected software is a plus
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and time management skills
• Abilities: Comfortable evaluating construction plans and specifications, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
