Your New Role

As a Plumbing Foreman, you’ll lead a team of Journeyman Plumbers and apprentices on job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Here’s a look at your daily impact:

  • Prepare material take-offs and plan system layouts from blueprints and job orders
  • Collaborate with general contractors and superintendents
  • Manage job planning, schedules, and construction timelines
  • Mentor your team and verify all necessary staff certifications
  • Inspect work for quality, adherence to specifications, and on-site safety
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and supplies to maintain job flow
  • Verify materials against approved submittals and step in with tools when necessary to keep projects on track

Job requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years as a Plumbing Foreman
  • License: Active Texas Journeyman plumbing license
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing plumbing teams
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
